Overview
This spray dryer is purpose-built for low-melting, high-sugar herbal and botanical extracts. It resists wall-sticking, charring and moisture absorption, with a high degree of automation and GMP compliance. It solves the wall-sticking, charring and low-yield problems that standard high-speed spray dryers face when drying herbal extracts.

- Cold-air jacket on the tower to protect sugar-rich materials
- Automatic rapping device and quick-open cleaning and drain ports
- Constant-temperature feed tank with automatic control
- Stainless-steel contact parts (or all-stainless construction)
- Two-stage cyclone, or cyclone plus wet dust collection, with air-sweep device
Working Principle
Air is filtered, heated and fed tangentially through a hot-air distributor so it enters the chamber in a uniform spiral. Feed liquid is atomized into 20-60 µm droplets that vaporize on contact with the hot air and dry into powder or granules. Product is collected by cyclone and pneumatically conveyed for cooling and transport, while exhaust passes through a wet scrubber.
