Overview
The multi-layer belt dryer is a continuous, batch-production dryer for breathable sheet, strip and granular materials. Stacking several drying belts in one frame gives a large drying area in a compact footprint, making it ideal for large-scale production of slow-drying, high-moisture, heat-sensitive products such as dehydrated vegetables, catalysts and herbal slices.

Working Principle
Material is fed onto stacked mesh belts that move slowly through independent hot-air units. Circulating hot air passes through each material layer for heat and mass transfer, and saturated air is exhausted by humidity-removal fans. Routing the product across multiple layers extends residence time without increasing floor space.
