Overview
This continuous through-flow belt dryer handles breathable sheet, strip and granular materials. It is especially suited to high-moisture, temperature-sensitive products such as dehydrated vegetables and medicinal slices, offering fast drying, high evaporation intensity and excellent product quality.

Working Principle
The feeder spreads material evenly onto a stainless-steel wire-mesh belt that carries it through the dryer. The machine is built from several independent hot-air units; hot air passes through the material layer to complete heat and mass transfer and remove moisture, while a humidity-removal fan exhausts saturated air. Belt speed is adjustable to the material.
