Overview
The continuous disc dryer for ncm cathode material is a high-efficiency conductive (contact) continuous dryer. Its structure gives high thermal efficiency, low energy use, a small footprint, simple configuration, easy control and a good working environment, and it is widely used across the chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food and feed industries.

Working Principle
Wet material is fed onto the top drying tray. Rotating rake arms turn it over and move it across the heated discs in turn, so heat conducts through the disc surfaces and evaporates moisture as the material descends tray by tray to the outlet, while the vapor is drawn off from the top.
