Overview
The double-cone rotary vacuum dryer combines mixing and drying in a single rotating vessel. Paired with a condenser and vacuum pump it forms a complete vacuum-drying system (the condenser can be omitted when solvent recovery is not required). The simple internal structure cleans easily, discharges fully and operates with low labour, while rotation keeps material from caking on the wall for a high heat-transfer coefficient and fast, even drying.

Working Principle
Under vacuum, thermal oil or hot water is fed into the jacket of the double-cone vessel; heat passes through the wall to the wet material. Vapor from the evaporating moisture is drawn off by the vacuum pump through the exhaust line. Because the vessel rotates, the material is continuously tumbled, accelerating drying and ensuring uniformity.
