Overview
The WFJ ultrafine pulverizer grinds dry materials to a fine or ultrafine powder through high-speed impact and shear between a rotating toothed disc and a fixed toothed ring. Airflow and a classifier control the particle size, and the cooling effect of the airflow makes it well suited to heat-sensitive and fibrous materials.

Working Principle
Material enters the chamber between a high-speed rotating toothed disc and a stationary toothed ring, where intense impact, shear and friction reduce it to fine powder. Airflow carries the powder to a collector and classifier, while oversized particles are returned for further grinding.
