Overview
The 30B-X series universal pulverizer reduces brittle and fibrous materials with a high-speed rotor that strikes and shears the feed against a fixed liner and screen. The particle size of the product is set by the mesh of the interchangeable screen, making the machine suitable for a wide range of dry, medium-hardness materials.

Working Principle
Material fed into the chamber is struck by high-speed rotating hammers or blades and sheared against the fixed liner. The fragments pass through a screen of selected mesh, which sets the final particle size, and the pulverized product is collected at the outlet.
