Overview
The high-efficiency fluid bed dryer is a batch unit in which heated, purified air is drawn up from below through a perforated hopper plate. Stirring and negative pressure create a fluidized state in the working chamber, so moisture evaporates rapidly and is carried off by the exhaust.

Working Principle
Air is heated and purified, then drawn upward by an induced-draft fan through the perforated plate of the hopper. Inside the chamber, stirring combined with negative pressure forms a fluidized layer of material. Moisture evaporates quickly and is carried away with the exhaust gas, drying the material in a single batch.
