Overview
The vertical fluid bed dryer is used mainly to dry powder or granular materials in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. Built on the high-efficiency fluid bed dryer, it adds a drying straight-section so material dries more readily.

Working Principle
Like the high-efficiency fluid bed, heated air fluidizes the material under closed negative pressure, but an added drying straight-section gives the material a longer, easier drying path. Moisture evaporates into the air stream and is drawn off, while the anti-static filters keep dust contained.
