Overview
The WHJ double-cone mixer is used to mix powder and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and building-materials industries. Material is loaded into the double-cone vessel by vacuum conveying or by hand, and as the vessel rotates the charge undergoes a complex impact motion that produces a uniform mix.

Working Principle
As the double-cone vessel rotates, the material repeatedly converges toward the center and diverges toward each cone, undergoing a complex impact motion that folds and redistributes the components until they are evenly blended.
