Overview
The WLDH horizontal ribbon mixer uses a double-helical ribbon agitator turning in a horizontal U-trough. The outer and inner ribbons drive material in opposite axial directions, creating a strong convective flow that blends large batches of powders and granules quickly and evenly.

Working Principle
A double-helical ribbon rotates inside the horizontal U-trough. The outer spiral pushes material toward one end while the inner spiral pushes it back, so the charge is continuously turned and circulated, producing a rapid, uniform mix that discharges through a bottom valve. Mixing capacity is rated for powders of bulk density around 1, and selection should account for the material's mesh size and density.
