Overview
The YK oscillating granulator forms wet powders into granules by forcing the material through a screen with an oscillating roller. It is also used to size and break up dry cakes into uniform granules ahead of tableting.

Working Principle
A set of blades on an oscillating roller swings back and forth over a curved screen, pressing the wet mass through the mesh. The material is cut into granules of uniform size that fall to the outlet below.
