The KZL rapid granule sizer breaks up and regularizes dry or wet lumps into uniform granules at high speed, using a bladed rotor over a screen. It is used to size granules after drying and to mill cakes before tableting.

Working Principle

A rotor fitted with blades rotates at speed over a curved screen, cutting and pressing the lumps through the mesh. The material emerges as uniform granules at the outlet below.
